The engine maintenance kit is the change we can state cleanly on this machine: Toro lists 20234 for this range and 130-8148 for the 400000000–401999999 range. Those two listings are consecutive, so that boundary is exact.

The rear wheel is the interesting one, and we cannot state it cleanly. This page carries no named rear-wheel product. What it carries is a bare cross-reference line — XRef: 137-4837 (Part # 119-0313) — labelled Genuine OEM Part and nothing else. It is the only entry in that accessory list with no product name; the rest are named, though one other is unpriced. The later listing sells Replacement 11 in. Rear High Wheel for Push and Front Wheel Drive Lawn Mowers under part number 137-4837P.

So three numbers are in play and Toro does not reconcile them on either page: 119-0313 here, the 137-4837 it points at, and the 137-4837P sold later. We are not going to tell you they are the same wheel, because Toro does not.
