Toro’s product page for the kit, and one of the few in this family that is a page for the number requested rather than for a part replacing it. It itemizes the kit: 20 oz. SAE 30 engine oil (120-3306), a spark plug (120-3305), an air filter (120-3303) and a 0.5 oz. packet of fuel treatment (130-2393). It carries no line saying this kit replaces another number or has been replaced by one. **Re-read 31 August 2026 and unchanged in every particular, including the 0.5 oz.** — which matters, because the page Toro serves for 130-8148 gives the same packet as .05 oz. Two further details this record had not held: the internal designation TORO WPM MAINT KIT - BRIGGS, and a Specifications row reading Service Pack Yes.

It repeats the 11 in. figure from the title in the overview’s own sentence but gives no other dimension — corrected 5 September 2026 from an earlier reading that said the page gave no dimensions at all. This is Toro reconciling two of the three numbers that meet in the 20339’s rear-wheel cross-reference, which this site had recorded as unreconciled since 20 August.
