This is the rental TimeMaster — Toro titles its parts pages "TimeMaster 30in Lawn Mower (Home Depot Rental)" — and the blade is what changes across it. Toro lists the 15.4 Inch Atomic Blade kit, 20120P, for the three ranges up to 406999999. From 407000000 it lists the 15.4 Inch Hi-Lift Replacement Blade Kit (TimeMaster), 20122P, and it does so for both of the remaining ranges.

**Toro states no relationship between these two numbers.** Neither product page carries a "Replaces Product" line in either direction. That is a fact about what Toro publishes, and we are not going to turn it into the stronger claim that the blades are therefore different — an unstated relationship is not an absent one, and a page that says nothing has not answered the question. Its own names for them differ in kind rather than revision: KIT-BLADE, TIMEMASTER, 30IN against HI-LIFT REPL BLADE KIT TIMEMASTER.

What the two pages do and do not say is worth setting out, because it is less than you would expect. Both blades are 15.4 inch and both cost the same. The Atomic page adds that it "will help produce a crisp quality cut"; the Hi-Lift page does not, and carries only Toro's standard wording. **Neither states how many blades you get**, on a deck that has two spindles. **Nowhere does Toro say what a hi-lift blade does that an atomic one does not**, and we are not going to supply that ourselves.     Read three times, and the third reading no longer agrees with the second. **21 August 2026:** recorded as giving Toro’s internal name KIT-BLADE, TIMEMASTER, 30IN and as stating that the kit includes two blades each measuring 15.4 in. **31 August 2026, re-opened:** the internal name is still KIT-BLADE, TIMEMASTER, 30IN, and the page carried no statement of quantity and no measurement anywhere in its body — the 15.4 in. appeared only in the product name — across seven bullets read as four. That reading matched the Wayback Machine’s only capture of this page, from 6 September 2025, and the two together were taken as settling the question against the 21 August reading. **5 September 2026, re-opened again, independently, twice:** the page now carries seven feature bullets, not four, and the fifth reads verbatim “Includes 2 blades which each measure 15.4"”. Everything else holds — same title, same internal designation, no redirect, no supersession line. **The page changed between 31 August and 5 September 2026**, most likely by Toro adding bullets rather than by either the archive capture or the 31 August reading missing one: the 31 August reading and the archive agreed on a shorter, four-bullet page, and the current page has three more bullets than either recorded, not merely one overlooked. What Toro publishes as of today states the blade count; the notes and specifications that carried “no quantity” have been corrected to match. See review/2026-09-05-section-l-review.md.

It states no quantity, no measurement of any kind and no instruction to verify a serial number. It does carry an overview: a steel replacement blade, described as cutting finer for easier mulching and bagging, and as designed for cut quality and durability. None of that names a machine, a model or a deck size. Recorded because a record on this site attributed a two-blade statement to this page, and the statement is on 20120P’s page instead.

Re-read 31 August 2026 and unchanged, and again 5 September 2026. Internal designation OIL-30/10W-30 SYNTHETIC CK4 [QT]. One bullet frames the oil for zero-turn riding mowers (TimeCutter MX, Titan, Titan MX) while the overview calls it the choice for any outdoor power equipment; the page names no walk-behind model. It does state a capacity — the title reads “(32 oz.)” and the first bullet repeats “10W-30 engine oil (32 oz.)” — corrected 5 September 2026 from an earlier reading that missed it.

    The same page served at its own number, and it is the same page carrying that one “Replaces Product 117-0066” line — so Toro states the supersession once and either number reaches it, which is not the same as stating it from both directions. This page is now also the source for part 138-6053 itself: batch 13 created the pt_engine_oil category, so the clause that used to sit here — that engine oil is in no category this site records — stopped being true the moment that batch was staged.
