The hi-lift blade Toro lists for the 21199 in three of the four ranges we opened — including the latest one. The exception sits in the middle: the 407700000–410243166 listing shows 20120P, an Atomic blade, and does not show this one. A part number that leaves and returns is the clearest evidence we have that a serial number is not a stand-in for "newer".
