Toro lists 131-4590, the Traction Assist Handle, for the 20340 in both of the ranges we opened. It is the same part either side of the boundary where the engine maintenance kit changes from 20234 to 130-8148.
That combination — one part moving, another staying — is the reason this site records fitment per part per range rather than per machine. Knowing that your 20340 falls in the later range tells you which kit to buy and tells you nothing new about the handle.
